Paper management
Abstract submission
You can now submit a 4-page abstract for ICWE13. Please
follow the steps below.
1: The abstract should be written following the template, which you can
download
here.
2: You should save the abstract in PDF-format as “NameCorrespondingAuthor_ShortTitle.pdf”.
3: ICWE13 will only accept papers for which at least one author is
registered for the conference. One author is allowed to present a
maximum of two papers. Registration will open later, but please
consider these rules when submitting abstracts. Accepted papers for
which no registration is received will be removed from the program
and proceedings.
4: The abstract can be submitted through the submission system, which you
find
here.
Note: Refresh page (F5) if page is not shown properly.
Special sessions
Papers part of a special session should be indicated as
such by submission. Instructions for organising Special
Sessions can be found by clicking
program.
Paper handling
Each abstract will be reviewed by at least two members of
our International Board of Reviewers.
Authors of accepted abstracts will be asked to prepare a full paper.
Copyright of abstract and full paper remain with the authors,
allowing them to extend their paper for submission to an
international journal.
The proceedings of the conference will be made available at the
start of the conference. These proceedings include hard copies of
the abstracts and a CD-ROM with the full papers.
Presentations
Authors of accepted abstracts will be invited for either
oral platform presentation (15 min.) or for poster presentation with
